Ryzen 5 2600 performing poorly in cinebenc r23

Hey everyone, I recently started doing some tests on my CPU and have noticed that my Cinebench R23 Score is much lower than other scores with the same processor on stock settings. My temps are okay reaching a max at about 78° Celsius. I really don't know what's causing this. I hope someone here can help me. If anyone needs more information, please ask. I will give it to you as fast as I can.

 

My setup:

Windows 11 Pro Updated to latest

Ryzen 5 2600 Stock

Dual channel 3000Mhz RAM

I assume this is some cooling issue that prevents the single core boost to the appropriate level (3.9Ghz at one core).

My R5 2600 got 989 single thread points in R23 test, I'm using a tower cooler so the temp is never above 60C.
