Ryzen 5 1600 motherboard/memory match

I'm currently using a FX8350, Gigabyte GA990FXA-UD3, 16g RAM, Radeon RX 580 4g, 500g SSD, assorted HHDs for storage, Soundblaster Z and Win10 Pro. Everything seems to run fine and I don't game at all. I mostly use this rig for normal desktop duty with email, browsing, YouTube and A LOT of music from streaming and personal files. I also share a few drives on this rig with my home stereo rigs. I know this rig is dated and looking at upgrading to a Ryzen 5 1600. My question is which motherboard and what make of RAM (16g) should I look for that will be the most stable? I don't overclock anything. Never have since I never had a need to in my opinion.

Thanks in advance for the help.

You can choose a board with B350, X370, B450, X470 chipset in order to ram each manufacturer has its (QVL) a list of memories that are tested on that platform, it is a matter of verification. Excuse my English
