Ryzen 5 1500x and Asus Prime B350-Plus - No POST or beep codes.

Recently purchased Ryzen 5 1500x and Asus Prime B350-Plus, but computer will not POST or provide beeps codes.

Got a replacement motherboard. Installed, but still no POST.

Verified that the speaker works.

Verified that the monitor works.

Removed all devices (RAM, SSD). Still not POST-ing.

The motherboard lights up. The CPU fan runs.

Nothing on the monitor.

Could it be the CPU or is there a possible BIOS issue?

It won't POST if all the RAM is removed. Speaking of RAM, are the modules on the motherboard's Memory QVL list?

Check that all of the necessary power lines to the motherboard or video card are connected.

Neon, thanks for the reply.

True, it won't POST if the RAM is removed, but it should still have a beep code.

I thought my RAM was in the QVL list, but I checked it again, and it is not listed.

All power lines are connected. I am using the same power supply that was on the previous motherboard. (Corsair HX 580). The video card I have does not require extra power.
