I am having trouble getting my CPU to clock over 1.37 GHz. I have a Ryzen 5 1400 in a B350M Bazooka motherboard. I tried to go into the bios settings and manually change the OC speed and nothing is happening. I also tried to just turn on the "Game Boost" mode and nothing is happening when i do that. Any ideas?
