Hi, I am  new to ryzen 3600, bought 2 days ago, paired with gigabyte b450m ds3h wifi -bios v f50, 2 sticks of corsair cmk16gx4m1a2400c16 (total 32gb). Now my question how do i overclock the RAM?

I enabled XMP profile which did nothing, it still running at 2400mhz. Should I set the timings manually? How did you overclock? when i set the clock manually to 2666/3000 save the settings, all does is off-on 3-4 times then fianally boot and still running at 2400mhz, so whatever changes i made is not saving, it is going back to default settings.

If you inspect the specifications of your hardware, you will see that your RAM sticks are made to work at 2400MHz.

The bold and italic words i tried to mention shows your RAM freqs.

Good Luck.

Well that wasn't the case in my old setup i5-9400f with gigabyte h310m, when enabled XMP it was going to 2666 mhz at 18-18-18-44 2T 447 TRFC..

WHY CAN'T I ACHIEVE ATLEAST 2666 like I used to in Intel build??
