I replaced today my Ryzen 3 3200G with Ryzen 3 3300X on my Asus Prime A320m-k with latest BIOS and after booting Windows 10 my CPU is at full load, I can't see the MAX/MIN cpu power state neither in Power Plans from Windows 10 after replaced it.
uninstall previous chipset drivers, then install the one from amd, what software are you using to monitor stuff? only use ryzen master OR hwinfo configed for 500ms
