Ryzen 3 3100 cooler on 5800?

I have a Ryzen 3 3100 CPU with stock Wraith cooler. I just bought a 5800X which does not come with a cooler.

Can I reuse my existing cooler with the 5800? What if I replace the fan with something bigger (that moves more CFM?)

I have a 5800x, cooled with a Noctua NH -U14S.  No matter the load, the cooler is quiet, and the CPU never throttles.  You simply don't need more cooler than that.  And you can't beat Noctua's quality, support, or ease of installation - and with an air cooler, there is no danger of a water leak destroying your PC.

Personally I would buy something with more ooomph!

I would probably get a decent 240mm AIO.. I have the Lian Li Galahad AIO and it's brilliant.. Dead silent..

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.

Thanks. The "Noctua NH -U14S" is a bit more money than I can afford ATM, but I'll keep it in mind.
