My pc:

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
EVGA 450BT, 80+ Bronze
Windows 10 pro 1709
Ram speed in bios 3200 (Profile1 XMP)
i install the new driver from amd for cpu
after that i play GTA V and frame is 1-3 in low settings and low resolution 800x800
and i play another game and same problem in fps !!
this problem in my pc and my brother pc Same specifications
What are the solutions?
