Ryzen 2400g 2nd standby fails

Working with the system works and is stable. When using the latest drivers and energy plans the first standby works after time and also manually.

The 2nd standby fails -- > this is reproducable with every new start.

The graphic (monitor) is switched off but the system is not switched to standby completely. Mouse and keyboard is not usable (off) but board, cpu and leds are active.

Only a hard reset brings the system back ti life.

Motherboard: ASRock AB350 GAMING-ITX/AC

Power supply: Thermaltake Munich with 430 watts.

Memory: Gskill F4-2400C16D-16GFXR Arbeitsspeicher FlareX DDR4 16GB (2x 8GB)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2400g

Operation system: Windows 10 64 latest drivers and patches

For the AMD components the latest Chipseet and graphics drivers are installed.

All Bios settings are at "auto" level latest version is flashed.

System is not usable with this issue in a normal working environment without energy saving possibility.

Suspect  Radeon graphics drivers not installed, or if installed, ensure chipset drivers first, then radeon drivers or chipset will overwrite raden drivers. Also, use high performance powerplan, and sett for timeout cpu and screen to "never"

Also, BIOS needs to be 4.43 BETA not 4.40

thanks stree!

I cleard CMOS, flashed the 4.43 UEFI and reinstalled chipset, graphics drivers and using the performance powerplan as suggested.

Energy saving is not working from the powerplan automatically but manual switching works fine now.

For now it's better than before but just 50% of energy saving functionallity.
