I decided the extra temps and fan noise wasn’t worth the small performance boost so I clicked “default” in Amd adrenaline. Upon restart the offset was 0% but “overclocked” was still checked. With no extra monitoring/tuning software other than adrenaline and asus armory crate I can’t figure out how to re-enable the offset/factory OC.
the reason I wanted to turn off the OC part of the Turbo mode is I wanted the fans and power unrestricted just not OC’ed
