I sent my CPU from Russia to AMD on May, 25. It arrived to AMD on June, 20 and same day i received an e-mail with information that CPU passed inspection. So now i'm waiting that AMD will send me a replacement. How long it usually takes? Already a month without PC because of slow shipping from Russia to RMA Center in Netherlands 
, hope AMD will send a replacement soon.
