I've created an RMA Support ticket as my Ryzen 9 Wraith Prism Cooler has failed. The RMA was approved, but it's not clear if I have to also return my processor in the package. I would prefer to only send the cooler back as I'm currently using the processor with an alternative cooler.
Does anyone know what the correct procedure is? The agent I'm dealing with seems to only be able to send one-line responses that tend to confuse the matter even further.
