Ok sent in rma request in under Case #00305890 rma #60000001592 sent it down to Miami on the 12 of January last scan i had was 13 January then for m10 days no scan then all of a sudden, a scan on the 23rd of Jan in Miami then another that they left it with a individual on the 23rd and now no one can find it. AMD says i have to send in traces. Where did it go?
