Hi My request ticket no is "6000001233"

I received a mail stating below:
"Your return AMD product will be subjected to inspection upon arrival at AMD returns center, and it must pass this inspection before a replacement product is approved."

Does this mean do i have to send my processor to AMD ? if so can you send me the address and name.

hivijayvjk, short answer is yes. This is a user forum and you need to talk to AMD about this. The address should have been in the issued RMA. Enjoy, John.
