R5 7600 stucking at low speed

Hi, i built new desktop with;

R5 7600

32gb RAM (MB supported)

Asus b650 chipset MB

7800xt video card

 

My PC usually works as expected but sometimes randomly my CPU freq. stuck as low as 0.5ghz and cant go back to normal until restart.

I updated all drivers and bios to latest versions but doesnt help. Default bios with just xmp profile also doesnt help. Also tried to disable pochoc and thermalthrottling, but issue still continues. I didnt load anything from asus or amd except driver, so no interferance. My thermal values also seems normal, cant notice anything anormal.

Its so frustrating, please help!..

I had this issue almost everyday. I have no idea what started it but it could think that the temp sensor bugging so the PROCHOT stepping in and throttles the CPU. My ASUS TUF b650m-PLUS with R5 7600 was getting locked at 0,53Ghz. I just did a restart and the issue got fixed.
