My 3600 runs extreamly hot under load. It runs over 90c to the point that my PC shuts down. (Idle 43c)
I can sometimes play for an entire day without having any problem and on other days i can play for lets say an hour and the CPU will stay under 70c and then out of nowhere these temperatur spikes come and the CPU gets hotter and hotter until it shuts down.
I have a 360 Radiator from Thermaltake. Thermalpaste is form Noctua.
Core Voltage is 1,35v
Dont know what to do. Please Help
