Yes the AMD 3 year PIB Warranty will be in effect as long as your AMD Processor is packaged in a Official Sealed AMD Retail Box and AMD Warranty has no conflicts with India's Consumer laws concerning warranties and you are the original Owner or purchaser of the AMD Processor.
Just keep a copy of the Retailer's Receipt that shows you are the original Owner and date it was purchased from the Retailer.
AMD Warranty goes into effect as soon as the Retailer's Return Date or Warranty expires.
