Hello, I'm writing this because I need some help I recently bought an Alienware R15 with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 CPU and heard that it was eligible for a promotion for a free Avatar game running the first code i received led me to a "System check did not pass" error my retailer (Dell) then contacted AMD to try to sort the issue and AMD later sent me a different code when running that code again i received the same error i contacted AMD again but received what i think is an AI answer that said

"These promotions require you to have the appropriate qualifying AMD CPU or GPU installed before you attempt to validate your coupon code.

You must run the PVT on the system containing the qualifying AMD product."

I explained in the ticket that I had the qualifying product installed and even sent a screenshot think any one could help?

Have you tried it with the nvidia card disabled, monitor connected to the on board port (driver/software updated).
