Have seen mixed discussion posts regarding poor customer service pertaining to returns and exchange. Would like to clear up some things before making a purchase>
- What is the standard lead time for return for exchange? From the day I file a claim, how long with it take before I receive my replacement. (is this SLA promised through terms and conditions?
- If i need a replacement quicker, is there a way to pay for faster/expedited shipping?
- Can i purchase extended warranties?
- Is a failure analysis performed on my returned item, and if so will I be informed on the results?
