Processor Internet problem since new Internet provider
Hello,
since I changed my Internet provider (Unitymedia to Vodafone) I got many Internet problems.
The problem is:
When I'm downloading something, My whole pc is lagging (especially sound).
When I look in the task manager I can see that the 1st Core is at 100%.
By the way the problem is not my new Internet provider, when I switch my Lan-Cable to an other PC, all works fine.
The Lan Cable is not the problem as well (as mentioned above).
I also updated all drives (Using AMDs Update Software).
But it still doesn't work and I don't know why.
Best greetings
Robert

Some anti-virus software can do that. I know BitDefender did that after an update, and have no idea if they've since fixed it, since I had to uninstall it.
If you don't have any third-party AV installed, then it would be something else. You need to check what process is actually using the CPU.

Also maybe check your DPC latency.
Here's a thread that shows you some basic tweaks that can help you.
Then you can download Latencymon to see which driver is giving you problems. https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/solving-dpc-latency-issues/
