Hello everyone
I have an MSI X 470 motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5 pro 4650 processor with Radeon Graphics 3.70 GHz.
I want to install windows 11. My PC is compatible except TPM. Does my processor have this TPM chip and how do I activate it if it does?
Thank you for your answers.
You will need to enter your bios and set the fTPM to enabled..
fTPM is AMD's software TPM and will work to install Win 11..
Wait a while before installing Win 11, there a few issues which still need to be resolved

Don't install win11 for now. It's still buggy with AMD and your pc speed would be around %60 less.
AMD and MS still working on it and still the latest update didn't resolve it.
Hello
thank you for the information. Do we have an approximate idea of the resolution of the problem?
Thank you for your reply
Both AMD and Microsoft have come out with a Patch to deal with the Windows 11 flaw concerning all AMD processors.
AMD with a new CHIPSET Driver package and Microsoft with a recent Windows Update.
Windows 11 is fine and runs perfectly..
I have been running it since Beta and all good since then..
I already told you the solution for the TPM..
Hello
i went into BIOS, but can't enable fTPM. I am attaching a screenshot of my BIOS. I can't activate anything.
Looks like you can to me, just highlight the yellow one and you should be all good.
This is what I did. And now I am waiting for the stable update for my MSI card.
