Lavs, this is an English only forum. Please translate your post. Thanks and enjoy, John.

EDIT: This is probably a laptop problem, so please open a support request with the seller and/or maker. Please do a Clear CMOS and see if that helps.

TRANSLATED FOR ALL  (from above post) :

Processor stuck at 0.39ghz

My processor is stuck at 0.39ghz and the PC is extremely slow because of this. I have an Acer Aspire 3 Ryzen 7 3700U and, from what I've seen, this has happened to other people too. I tried everything I saw out there. Complete formatting, disable prochot, I checked if it was not a problem with the battery pin or if it was related to power, I checked if it was the fan, I cleaned the notebook and nothing. I reinstalled the BIOS and then the processor returned to normal, however, every time I turn off or even suspend the notebook's activity, the processor returns to 0.39ghz. So, whenever I use the notebook I need to reinstall the BIOS. Does anyone know how to help me?

Note: I have already installed other BIOS versions (1.21, 1.20, 1.14) and nothing...

stereo55, can you tell more about the computer? What is the make and model laptop and the Main Board? BTW, disabling PROCHOT is a dangerous thing to do. This completely removes the temperature limit in the processor. If something else goes wrong, the processor will fry! I recently came across a Main Board that had a Slow Mode. I don't think you would have one, but it does exactly what you are seeing, set the clock to a very low level. Please examine your board for such a switch or perhaps a jumper. Thanks and enjoy, John.
