Hello evefybody
I have attached a photo of an IC which i guess its about a thermal sensor chip which is shown without the corresponding heat-sunk .
This device works together with AMD TURION procesor as an overheating proteccion .
All i need from that device is the technical info that is the datasheet.
I hope somebody could lead me to find this data.
