Problème lors de mon achat

J'ai voulu commandé mon nouveau processeur le Ryzen 9 5900x le 05/11/2020 a 15h. après quelque minutes de galère j'ai réussi a allais jusqu'à la dernière étape qui est de confirmé le paiement, j'ai cliqué rien ne sait passé, j'ai donc re-cliqué deux ou trois fois jusqu'à avoir le site qui m'affiché un code d'erreur et quelque seconde après j'ai reçu un sms comme quoi j'ai étais débité des 560euros mais je n'ai pas eux de mail de confirmation rien du tout, donc j'aimerais savoir si ma commande a bien était effectuer ? ou si je vais me faire remboursé ? ou alors que rien ne sait passé ?

So I took the liberty of translating your question in this English only forum and unless in your country you buy processors from AMD then I would have to say your question is unfortunately in the wrong place. My apologies if you did buy directly from AMD. If you did then look for a contact page on the site you ordered from. Or contact the retailer you did order from. They would be the ones to help. 

These are USERS HELPING USERS in this forum. Nobody from AMD especially no sales help going on in these forums.

Hello good night
I wanted to order my new processor the Ryzen 9 5900x on 11/05/2020 at 3pm. after a few minutes of struggle I managed to go to the last step which is to confirm the payment, I clicked nothing knows passed, so I clicked again two or three times until I got the site which displayed me an error code and a few seconds later I received a text message that I was debited from 560 euros but I do not have a confirmation email from them at all, so I would like to know if my order was made? or if I will be reimbursed? or while nothing knows past?
