Hello, I have a question. I do not know if I have to set the minimun state of the processor to 100% or 5% in my power plan (high perfomance Windows). My processor is a AMD Ryzen 5 3500-X 6 Core Proccesor. Thanks.
You don't need to do anything. Install the latest AMD Chipset drivers from the amd website (www.amd.com/drivers) and use the default settings of the AMD Ryzen Balanced Power Profile.
