Hello, I upgraded my pc from a 5600x to a 5900x but now my graphics card loses all its performance.
When turning on the pc it takes time to give image, the bios, windows, youtube, absolutely everything is slow (stuttering). I have tried to reinstall windows, drivers(amd, asus mobo, nvidia ) but nothing works.
This only happens with the first PCIe slot. The second PCIe slot works perfectly but due to the little space it has, the temperature of the graphics card increases too much (up to 91°C).
I hope someone knows what is going on and can help me please.
