I'm having a problem when I have my Ryzen 7 5800x installed in my pc it doesn't completely boot up and instead it just turns off and attempts to turn on again without ever fully turning on. I'm using an ASRock X570 STEEL LEGEND WiFI ax motherboard on the P3.00 bios update which should support the AMD 5000 series. Please let me know if you or anyone you know has had similar problems.
