PBO does not seem to be working at all on my Ryzen 7 2700x need assistance with trying to narrow down the cause.

So PBO doesn't seem to be working at all on my Ryzen 7 2700x, Turning it off or on produces the same results in Benchmarks i.e. Cinebench etc and in game. My boosts stays the same in Cinebench with PBO on max clock is 3.998Mhz, off? 3.998Mhz. In BFV on = 4.050Mhz off = 4.050Mhz. Single core boosts stay the same as well ~4.350Mhz. Temps are below 60c. My Cinebench score is actually a bit higher with it off which seems super weird to me.

If you look in Ryzen master, do your PPT, EDC, TDC values actually change if precision boost overdrive is selected?

Only my max wattage was changing nothing else. I figure the issue out though it was my Bios Ver. Apparently the new Bios versions that add support for the future CPUs cause a lot of issues for the current ones, so I gave rolling it back a shot and what do you know it started working again!

tobiase1920, please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) - simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  How are you enabling PBO?  If via BIOS, please do a Clear CMOS before you post your screenshot.  If you want to OC via BIOS then please do, but after we determine what is happening.  Use ONLY RM for now.  Thanks and enjoy, John.

I use my bios for PBO! I figured the issue out it was my Bios Version! The newest oneone se to break PBO on my board for some reason? It's one of those versions that just read "Adds support for future AMD CPU." As soon as I went back to the previous version it started behaving normally again! Thanks for the speedy reply though! Let me know if you'd like any further info, I'd like for them to be able to figure out the issue, apparently a lot of other people have had issues with the new Bios versions that add support for the new CPUs.
