What have you done to troubleshoot it?
In the meantime, can you get into the bios?
If yes, reset everything to factory defaults.
If not, reset CMOS anyway using the jumper.
Then take the ram sticks out, check the slots for any damage, if you got a air duster, use it.
On the sticks, clean the contacts with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol, its not really necessary but you can do it anyway.
Check for damage.
Re Seat them again, follow the manual (I don't know the number of the slots....)
On my board, if I use the wrong slots and try to activate the DOCP, I get the DRAM light on and a very annoying bootloop.
