No reply for RMA request

Requested RMA for a dead 5600G on 4/20 and 4/28 and still have no reply for either request...

Anyone know why I cant get a reply to start the RMA process?

This CPU has been a nightmare for me after rebuilding a system 3 times with all new parts finally realized it was the CPU and now the nightmare continues with the broken AMD RMA process.

Probably one of the Moderators can find out the status of your RMA request.

Make sure to check your SPAM Folder online and offline to see if the AMD RMA reply went there.

Yeah I check my spam folder daily almost... nothing there.

Called support number and was told its a problem with my comcast email and to try with Gmail... will report back.
