Hello all,

I recently upgraded my Ryzen 7 2700X to an Ryzen 7 5800X.

But When I start my pc I get no display or usb signal.

I send it back to the store and they told me that they tested it and there was no problems with it.

After that have updated my bios and some drivers but I did not seem to help.

current build:

Motherboard: Prime B450-Plus

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

PSU: Gigabyte PSU GP-B700H 700W

GPU: Gigabyte 2060 Super

What kind of bios did you install?

My bios version/date is American megatrends inc. 3802, 28/04/2022

When i use my 2700x it works but when i exchange it with the 5800x it doesn't work.

you sent to the store with the 5800 installed? or the 2700? For what its worth, when this happened to me, i re-seated the CPU and re-seated the GPU and CPU power cords and it fired up for me. I think i had a loose cord somewhere.
