No boot after fTPM
I've just tried to enable fTPM on my ASUS B450I STRIX board. After enabling, I rebooted my system and I get an error saying no boot device found.
Went back and tried to turn off fTPM but message stays.
CPU is Ryzen 7 3700x.
Anyone know a way out of this? Have I encrypted my system and need a clean install 😞 ?
(I never got into Windows to turn on Bitlocker btw.)

First do a CMOS CLEAR to reset your BIOS back to factory defaults. That should clear the error.
I found out while assisting another User with the exact issue as you that all Ryzen Processor don't support fTPM. Only the Ryzen PRO Processor support fTPM.
So even if you enable all correct setting in BIOS to run fTPM the computer will crash if you are using a Non-Ryzen Pro processor.
Here is a thread that I opened concerning this issue: https://community.amd.com/t5/general-discussions/fyi-regular-ryzen-processors-doesn-t-support-ftpm-f...
NOTE: You must use a motherboard that support installing a TPM Device on the motherboard's TPM connection.
Edit: Your motherboard doesn't have a TPM connection on it. So you would need to purchase a Rzyen Pro processor: https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b450-i-gaming-model/spec
