New Ryzen 3600 build to hot?

Hey Guys,

so yesterday is just finished my new PC Build. I got a Ryzen 5 3600 with the stock cooler, 16 gigs of corsair vengeance, msi b450 tomahawk and a RX 5700 xt from saphire. So I am not quite sure if I have a problem or not. When i look at ryzen master, my normal CPU Temp is between 55-67, even thoug everything I am doing is surfing or downloading a game or smth. When i Run a stress test like cinebench, it sometimes even peak up to 90°C. In new Games like COD Warzone at Max Settings a get a average Temp of 78. Is that normal? It seems rather high to me. I already check my 4 Tower fans (Two in the front blowing air inside the case and two at the back sucking the air out), and adjustet them to the CPU Temps. Is that normal and there is no need to worry? My other question is, if it is normal that the Stock cooler is very loud.

Maybe i am just to anxious, but I am PC Noob, though.

Thank you for you help!

That's normal with the stock cooler. The thermal max for Ryzen 3000 series chips is 95°C so it's not damaging to run it in the 70s.
