Hello, i recently bought a new processor to upgate my old one
gigabyte ab350 gaming motherboard, i have 16gb ram and win10
i used to have a ryzen 5 2400g with radeon vega graphics and i bought a ryzen 7 5700g with built in graphics
from the shop told me i need to make some bios updates which i did succesfully.
after i installed the new cpu after pc start up all i get is black screen, i removed and put back the old one and everything look to be fine again.
i tried up a few solutions and some driver updates and try a second time to install the new cpu with the same result(only black screen)
maybe its a faulty one? i guess i will go back to the shop tommorrow.
if anyone has any idea, its welcomed.
