Can not install. get this error:

I ran the installer as Administrator without issue. 

If that doesn't work, then you could try just manually install the PSP, SMBUS, GPIO and AMD PCI drivers from device manager looking in the 

C:\AMD\Chipset_Software\Packages\IODriver

folder that the installer creates

If you have the previous 4.03.03.431 AM4 Chipset drivers installed .. then you only need to manually update the PSP and AMD PCI drivers .. the others are the same
