So it's within the 15 days grace period for me to return my RMA boot kit, and I JUST sent it out on August 22, 2018, expected to arrive by August 27, 2018. HOWEVER, I STILL received an email which gives me the following message:
"Since we have not received the processor within the specified time period, we will not be able to offer you the AMD Cross-Ship service in the future."
The RMA request # is 2000256239, and the tracking number for that FedEx return is "124516910167898". I was previously assisted by a "Kumar" from Global Customer Care, who was not a time sensitive representative unfortunately. I hope all this information helps! Thanks!
