What is the max temperature you are hitting?

Does it restart when idle? Or only when you use it with programs?

Have you tried lowering the memory clocks inside the BIOS?

The I would update the motherboard BIOS, check that maximum temps do not reach 100° Celcius and, lastly, try another PSU.

Since you already troubleshooted some parts like the PSU..

I would disable XMP next and then do a memtest on a USB boot pen. After that do a OCCT or some heavy benches. Always with XMP disabled.
Still crashing/rebooting, try with a single stick of ram or another set if you can borrow from someone.

Try resetting your BIOS to defaults too, maybe some hidden option that could be giving you trouble.

Check event viewer on windows to see what's happening during the crashes.

BIOS update should be a good idea but check with the vendor website page first.

You can reseat all hardware components and do a cleanup, check thermal paste, fans, etc..

Good luck
