I'm trying to use my microphone on my computer but when I plug it in and run Audient EVO4 Software (my sound interface), it is either way too slow or does not show up at all. I asked EVO Support and they said: 

"We have seen some lagging issues with the application when using certain USB ports on some Ryzen architectures, so I would recommend trying a few other USB ports on your computer to see if this gets rid of the problem."

I tried every USB port I have but no luck. What can I do about this?
