leor21, two things look suspicious, the CPU Voltage and temperature. Why is the core voltage so low? Have you changed it? Did you install a fresh copy of W10? Please post you system specifications and be sure to show your CPU cooler. Doing a Clear CMOS may help. Here are your processor specifications:

No i don't change anything. Suddenly the voltage was changed.
NOTE: recently i changed my mobo cuz the first one had a problem with the bios. My first mobo was the aurus gaming 7 wifi x470
My specs:
Mobo: Asus rog strix f-gaming x470
Cpu :ryzen 7 2700x with STOCK COOLER (at High mode)
Thermal paste : artic silver 5
Ram: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C14D-16GTZR)
GPU:MSI GTX 1080 TI GAMING X
Psu: thermaltake 750w rome 80 plus gold
Ssd: samsung M.2 960 256 gb (Windows 10 pro)
HDD western digital black 7200rpm 1TB
Ps.in the back round of the photo running the witcher 3 so thats the high temp i guess..

I do Clear cmos and the results was the same..Then i reinstall the windows and everything fine! My ryzen works very well!
