Compré un Ryzen 3200G y una placa madre PRIME A320 M-K y el procesador al parecer no funcionan juntas, estuve investigando algunas solciones y no he encontrado ninguna, el procesador Ryzen encaja en el socket AM4 pero no funciona, la fuente de poder es nueva y las memorias ram´s tambien lo son... alguna solución?

You need to update the Bios version to at least 4801.

As you bought both new, you need to use/borrow an older supported cpu model to update with or take the PC to a local pc sales/repair store and have them update it for you (they may charge a small fee).

Another option is apply for a loaner cpu from AMD (but could be up to a week or longer to get it).
