May i ask a stupid question?

can CPU, GPU and RAM are combine together become a new CPU?

Interesting thought - at an electronics level, the answer is "yes", except the best analogy here is how biological "cells" combine to make an animal.  Yes, they would make for a new kind of CPU, except it would be so completely different to what everyone now days thinks when they think "CPU" that it would be unrecognisable and work a totally different way.

CPU, GPU and RAM are all the exact same thing - electronic logic gates wired together in useful ways.
