That is a very minor problem.
Go to the computer shop and see if they will give a couple of standard Motherboard CPU brackets.
You can also purchase the brackets on Amazon cheaply like these: https://www.amazon.com/Retention-Bracket-Plate-Cooling-Mounting/dp/B07Y86XP7F/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&ke...
Or EBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/183426270263
Those are the standard CPU Cooler mounting brackets on all motherboards. So all you need to do is find another motherboard and remove the brackets and install it on your motherboard as long as the brackets holes line up with the mounting plate behind the motherboard.
I am sure the computer shop can probably give you a couple of spare brackets for free because the are so common.
In fact you can use the same brackets from your old motherboard if you still have it.
NOTE: to tell you the truth any Rzyen should be good enough to run ZOOM and its features. also if you need to replace the Motherboard's rear mounting plate save it for the future.
Many 3rd party CPU Coolers uses custom rear mounting plates for attaching their CPU Cooler to the processor.
