I tried overclocking and stock settings .

also set windows power setting to high performance

but still my GPU usage fluctuating AF as you can see in the picture .

the computer freezes randomly for 5 to 10 seconds then goes on .

my RAM is 64 GB Teamgroup T.Force 3000MHz.

850W Silverstone Gold psu

and ASUS Strix X399 motherboard >

Any suggestions ?

Sorry, baraaezz.  I can make no sense of your graphs.  From what you have said, I gather you are not running the latest AMD chip set drivers.  Please go to the AMD Support (Driver Download) page, DL and install the latest AMD chip set drivers.  Please use the right side manual process to select the driver you need.  I never heard of your memory.  Is it on the MB qualified list?  What OS are you running?  "fluctuating AF" - "atrial fibrillation"?  What SW are you running on your GPU?  Enjoy, John.

the aim of the graph is to show you the unstable GPU usage, all the drivers are installed properly .

I don't know why GPU usage keeps dropping and sometimes the whole systems freezes for several seconds .
