Hello

I am running counter strike 2 on 90 -150fps with rx 5700xt + ryzen 5 1600 overcloked to 4GHz with CPU usage 30-40 percent and GPU 25-50% why i am not getting hundret percent usage on one of those components and higher fps.

I assume you're CPU limited. I suspect the game only uses a limited amount of threads, so the rest of your CPU isn't gonna get used at all. That's just how it's designed. To speed it up you'd have to get a CPU with faster single core performance.
