i am not going to ask why AMD orderd mbo manufacturers to use uefi bios to lock cpu, because we all know why "PROFIT".
buying am4 processor with pcie 4.0 and puting it on board with pcie 4 support and that this board does not have anything to control pcie lanes that goes directly from cpu to pcie x1 x4 x8 x16 connectors, then to find out that your cpu is locked on this board over uefi bios is just perfect.
it is just like buying a new car directly from factory and after some time to see few factory guys removing engine on your driveway just because some $$$t on top of their firm decided that you need to pay more to get engine in it.
