Is the R5 5500 worth it?

Hello!

I currently have a R3 3100 and the temps and CPU usage is WILD. Before I make the purchase, is the R5 5500 worth it? I don't see many videos of it online, but maybe that's because it's not even one years old yet. Any advice would be nice! I currently have a brand new RX 6600 by the way.

Can you tell us which board do you have?

If its compatible, then its a pretty good pairing.

I have a A320M a/c. I also heard this CPU is good for someone who only has 60HZ monitors. I'm also just curious if this CPU would be good with streaming as I stream on twitch, and that eats up my 3100's usage when gaming. I just think it's time for an upgrade
