Your motherboard's socket is not compatible with Ryzen processors.

You need to upgrade to a AM4 or TR socket motherboard.

Ryzen 3rd generation processors uses a AM4 Motherboard socket. but you need to be sure it will support the new processor if you decide to upgrade.
