Is this voltage safe with Precision Boost Overdrive activated?

Precision Boost Overdrive is AMD safe way of automatically Overclocking the processor. It won't go past its limits of safety range so the processor will never get damaged.
But the only negative, if AMD finds out you are using PBO if you ever decide to RMA the processor under Warranty, AMD will void the Warranty since PBO is considered to be Overclocking.

I care a lot about my cpu, I looked at myself if I had the segfault bug in linux and I have no problem.
I only have the pbo on activated with a scaling by 2 I also have a -offset mode 0.08
It works just like having it activated but it doesn't get so much voltage or temperatures
aida64 test ok, prime95 test ok,
normal occt test ok,
occt test linpak test ok.

By the way I have an asus prime pro x470 board and since the last bios version the ryzen master shows me wrong voltages of 1.5, it does not fit with any program, just this bug on my board with my ryzen since I have read that the latest version of the Ryzen Master is more polished for Ryzen 3000.

My understanding about Ryzen vCore voltages, anything at or below 1.45v is within the Ryzen processor's safe voltage range when the processor is running Constantly and not spiking at those voltages all the time.
Anything at or above 1.5v running constantly can eventually shorten your processor's life time.
Now the Ryzen vCore can SPIKE up to 1.5v or higher but that is normal. The Ryzen processor has been engineered to include those types of high vCore spikes without damaging the processor. As far as I know, the processor won't allow any voltages or temperature that will harm the processor to go beyond it maximum safety range.

As for Ryzen Master, It is the ideal software to monitor and change your Processor's parameters on your Ryzen processor since it was created for that purpose.
What Ryzen do you have now, the 2700X or a 3rd generation processor?
It is possible the Ryzen Master is not completely compatible with the new version of BIOS you installed. I suggest you open an Online AMD Service Request (Official AMD Support) and see what they recommend from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form . I would include the BIOS version that you updated to.

See if by having the latest version of Ryzen Master will show more accurate data on your processor.

I just downloaded the ryzen master for my cpu and it gives me the same error in the voltages
The program you are using HWinfo64 in your YouTube video is used by other IT professional who says it reports almost the same data as Ryzen Master.
