Input lag in Dual channel with ryzen 5 3600

My current PC build is:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

Mobo: Msi b450 TOMAHAWK MAX II

RAM: Crucial 8x2 3600mhz KIT

PSU: Eurocase ATX_650WA-14

Soo I changed GPU(from RX 580 4gb), RAM(from HyperX Fury 2x8gb 3200mhz), MOBO(From MSI b450m a pro max), changed mouse, keyboard... Reinstalled windows 10+ times, Changed SSD, I literally changed everything. Changed different power plans on windows, I try to lock GPU core but nothing helps. Only difference I noticed is when I take out 1 stick of RAM, game works normal without any problems or delay, PBO is enabled in BIOS. Everything works normal when Im in single channel ram, what can I do more, should I buy new CPU because its only thing I didnt changed?

I had the same problems over 2 years. The problem was that I didn't unlocked the full frequency for my RAM in the bios. You have to open the bios, then go to overclocking and search for RAM settings. Then you should be able to choos the Freequency that your RAM is capableto run. Normaly it is on about 2000 Mhz.
