I'm lucky and won an Intel i7-8086K, but an an AMD fan at heart and would really prefer to build a new AMD platform rather than an Intel one. 
Alas, I live in Canada, so I don't qualify because of the US residents only requirements. 
I hope perhaps a special exception can be made to show your Canada fans some love too? 
I work for one of your Canadian reseller partners and have sold several Ryzen PC's and Epyc based workstations and servers while one of my workmates has a client that buys ThreadRipper workstations. 
well then, how about sending me a ThreadRipper at no charge and I'll post a video of me shooting my 8086K?
